  • sorry that probably sounds a bit vague. Heres the email-

Get £3 just for joining Google's Market Research Panel

Yes, Google, the largest Internet brand in the world is recruiting nationwide for people to take part in their online market research studies.
    Requirements:
You must be resident in the UK
    Aged 18 or over
You must use a PC and browse the Internet with either Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer
Able to install software on your computer
Their panel, "Screenwise Trends Panel" looks to learn about how people use the Internet and you have the chance to join.
You’ll need to install a web meter that'll share with Google the websites you visit and how you use them. You'll also have regular opportunities to answer surveys about the technology devices, brands and advertising you encounter in your daily life.
In return, you’ll get the highest rewards including £3 for simply signing up, as well as cash bonuses which can be exchanged for a PayPal payment, British Airways, Nike and many more.
    Sign-up here:
Registration will take just 3 minutes.
  • I would be wary of anything that requires you to install software on your computer unless you absolutely trust the source.

I got the invitation a few days ago and installed the software on my second machine (not used for anything that requires me to reveal my real details). So far, all I have noticed is that the software seems to keep on crashing judging by the messages that Chrome gives me.

Going to give it a week or so and then dump it if I don't seem to be getting anything out of it.

Did you get your £3 for joining and can you withdraw the money straight away or do you have to wait for it to accumulate There isnt really much info on the website about this. Do you get more money every week or month etc.
Im thinking i might join and see how it goes and if i dont like it ill stop it but will I still get my £3 out of it?

To be honest, I've been busy with other things since I installed the software so I haven't logged into the site yet to check on the £3.

    Update on this.

I checked my account yesterday and the £3 joining payment is showing up as £0, so I have emailed their support to find out what is going on.

Looked at the withdrawals and the minimum withdrawal is about a tenner for an Amazon voucher. If you want cash then its about 20 quid for PayPal.
