Has the other flat been sold as yet? - appreciate you moved in last September so possibility may exist.

Agree with ValHaller that checking other flat would help to identify if 'error' is replicated and so on although obviously small cost in doing so. I am sure your solicitor will be able to resolve/explain once they have checked information they hold and what was applied for but for peace of mind it would still be worth contacting us directly (no charge for an email) as ensuring the land register is accurate is naturally very important to us (as well as others of course).

If an error has been made then whilst it will need to be resolved it may provide more peace of mind to at least know how and why. The fact that you have moved in and the mortgage is in place is important as at least it is now that you are querying the apparent problem rather than when you might be trying to sell or remortgage when such things (although very rare) can become much more of an issue.
