After the dust has settled from Twitter, just hoping there might not be a nuclear level of job losses from the stores that won't shut (yet). I'll have to backtrack through the news in the Q&A to keep up with it. I'm lucky I cashed in the points for the MP3 bundle before it was suspended. If the points are gone for good unlike those from GAME last year it will be tragic but you needed to spend far too much to get anything remotely decent out of the scheme.
It would've been much better if (like Mr T) the points simply built up to issuing their own vouchers out for the store itself. I got more discount through competitions with Coca-Cola and Nectar through the website, than I ever did with Pure.
If you bought any MP3s through the firm, best make another backup of them as well.0 -
I placed an order using my pure points before Christmas (ie before administration) but have received nothing. Email queries have gone unanswered - will I get my item.....?0

You could trade them for money off instore, they made the process too awkward though. You had to go online and trade the points for a credit on your pure card, which then lasted 6 months. You should have just been able to convert the points to money off at the till.
I was also always getting emails telling me some of my points were due to expire but it would never tell me how many.0 -

Just noticed that the Chief Exec,Trevor Moore, has been made redundant after ~ 6 months -Now any "normal" person made redundant after such short service, would not be entitled to redundancy ...but wait for news on his pay out!!0
