I had the "dispatched" email, not showing as tracked (despite TCB and the Company saying they could see they were tracking) so I have had to open a claim. I do hope he thinks they are worth it :-(

Seriously though, I hope you get your cashback. It sounds like you shouldn't have any problem with your claim as both sides have already confirmed the transaction.

Mine has tracked fine but good luck to anyone having problems with this.
