Cashback tracking is extremely random regardless of whether cookies or history have been cleared or not.
I've been using cashback sites for ten years now always clearing and testing that tracking is working prior to making any purchase, but it's still very random.
By reading today's posts it would seem that those who clicked through during the lunchtime period have not have tracking confirmation, whereas those who clicked later this afternoon/evening have, that I assume is down to either TCB or the affiliate it routes through. There was a similar problem with the Dominos offer last week, it was all down to timing.
One day perhaps the cashback sites will be transparent open about how these things work rather than trying to make people believe it's all down to cookies.

100% agreed and yes, I did place my order at 12.20 and it hasn't been tracked. I don't really feel like making a claim and waiting for a few months for an elusive cashback so I sent them an email asking to cancel my order. I wouldn't pay 7.99 for these chocolates and, besides, I still have plenty of gorgeous Lindt choccies I ordered a week ago when they were on clearance sale. So, these choccies weren't meant for me, but I hope those who had TCB tracked their orders will enjoy them!

Ordered around 1pm and nothing tracked yet.

I do seem to get alot of transactions which track the next day around 9am though.

£7.99 has tracked! I was looking at "c" and "t" but it's come through under "f" free valentines chocolates

still no tracked cashback and I order just after 2pm. So I looked in my emails for an order confirmation and there was not one from them. Tried to log in with my email addy and again Im not registered however they took the money for the chocolates from my acct. I use roboform to fill out forms so know I entered the correct email addy. I have emailed them but now upset, as thats probably why it did not track.

Ordered around 5.30 pm and it tracked in Topcashback really quickly. Fabulous offers these. I passed the Domino's one to my son and he ordered and it tracked. I wish I had ordered too but we had meals planned for that night and the next but I should have ordered and frozen them lol! I've had Domino's a couple of times and really liked them. Anyway looking forward to the choccies and for free - fab! Thanks very much OP! :A
