Hi,
Can anyone offer me any advice?!? I earn 32,000 have been declined a save to buy mortgage with Nationwide last month. I'm looking at houses worth £100,000 so require £95,000. I owe £1,500 on credit cards and have a car loan of £10,000 which is £329 per month with 4 years left.
I checked my credit score with credit expert and it came back as fair, have not missed a payment in years, but was shopping for a credit card last year and checked myself a few times that year. Also I stupidly took out a Payday loan in Aug 2010 which was paid off after 4 months.
Will anyone look at me for a mortgage? My parents are willing to act as guarantors or am I stuck in renting hell?
