they email you a link but mine didn't work. I ordered & it didn't deduct the £5. PMd them on FB & they told me they'd checked my order & it wasn't online so didn't qualify but I did order online. Still awaiting reply

If anybody is thinking of using the vouchers don't bother, it's a con. They told me that the £5 voucher could only be used if you paid online rather than by cash but when I did that they still didn't deduct the £5 & charged me an extra 60p for using a card. I PMd them on facebook & they told me there was nothing they could do but they promised if I set up an account with them that they'd give me a £5 discount. I told them I would never be ordering from them again & I insisted they refund £5 to my credit card as other companies can do this when an amount is taken in error. Miraculously they are suddenly able to do the refund
