Interesting Debt Question

Does anyone think it is actually possible for a guy to earn £22,886.90 in 18 months?
It works out at roughly £1,271.49 per month.
If so, any ideas, cause im gonna put every last bit of energy into clearing this debt so that i can go travelling in 18 months.
PS. Have a full time job, pretty good at web design, all things internet, if that helps with any ideas.
