2 weeks of meal plans, help please :)

I would love some help in order to ekk out our stores for at least 2 weeks if not until payday (27th feb)

It's breakfasts and main meals plus lunch for me, 3 children have school dinners and I have paid that up till half term (15th feb)

I get a weekly veg box which I can then use to base around ideas along with 6 eggs a large white loaf and small granary loaf.

I have th e following which is great but very little meat in freezer hence I'm stumped.

Freezer
3 brown loafs
Hash browns
1 mince about 300g
3 lots of 2 chicken breasts
2 cottage pies and 2 shepherds pies from previous dinners
2 lots of frozen sweet n sour chicken enough for 2 people
36 pitta breads (will be using for work with soup)
Frozen veg
1pack bacon
Fridge
4x4 lots of crave dale semiskimmed milk
10 eggs
Block of cheese
3 tubs Philly
3 packs butter
2 lots of apple bags
Onions
5 peppers
1 pack ham
2 packs frankfurters
Smoothies and fromage frais for the children

Cupboard
Rice 1 bag
2kg pasta
6 tins beans
4 spaghetti
1 butter beans tin
3 tins chopped toms
Far too much soup but that will be lunch's for me at work
3 tomato pur!e
4 passata
1 jar pasta bake
3 packets of suit

Baking
1 full bag self raising flour
1//4 th of a bag plain flour
3 tins condensed milk
Icing sugar
Half bag sugar
Bag of porridge oats
Golden syrup
Breakfast cereals x

I lack time which is my big problem, I work full time so we are all out before 8 and home around 5.30. My children are 9 and under so not an age where they can start dinner etc, can think of a few things but its same same which is getting boring

I'll have a go at the list :) this is the way I work actually. In that I keep an inventory of what I have in rather than a plan. It seems to work best with me.

    Freezer
3 brown loafs- This would do as toast for breakfasts. I try to remember to freeze our loafs into three's as it dosn't keep. However, if I forget I save the ends of the loafs and freeze these then OH has them for toast at weekends.

1 mince about 300g - I would cook this with the bacon and frozen veg and onions to make a 'meat' part of a dinner and serve with potatoes and veg.

3 lots of 2 chicken breasts - 3 more dinners

2 cottage pies and 2 shepherds pies from previous dinners 4 more dinners

2 lots of frozen sweet n sour chicken enough for 2 people ditto above.

36 pitta breads (will be using for work with soup)

    Fridge
10 eggs - I'd have these fried on toast for breakfast
Block of cheese - Sandwiches for supper
2 lots of apple bags - pudding
    1 pack ham - Sandwiches
2 packs frankfurters - slice and add to the pasta and passata
Smoothies and fromage frais for the children

    Cupboard
Rice 1 bag - you could have this with the chicken breast above.
    2kg pasta
    4 passata
1 jar pasta bake - add to the pasta and stir in the philly. I never buy this myself but I understand that you can do this.

Thank you some great ideas :) reasons behind the need, my son has broken my mac so it needs some sort of repair, a priority as my sister uses it for college and it has lots of her work on it (it won't even turn on) will know more Thursday on the repair costs :(

Will have a few on toast meals, I can pad the mince with oats/lentils the saving grace is that my 3 have a hot meal/pudding at school so don't eat a huge meal at night.

Will be checking the threads on here for weeks plans for over next few weeks
