Whats the best free diet logging site?

Can anyone recommend a safe free diet site where you can count calories, log your weight etc. I dont want to keep paying £5 a week.

Yup my fitness pal is a great site. V easy to use. Very good uk database of foods, I don't think I've ever had to add anything. I'd highly recommend it!

And yes you can log weight on it.

You can log food, weight, body sizes, exercise. It is US and UK. There is a barcode scanner so if you have a smartphone you can just scan the barcode of what you're eating and it will add it to your food log. It will also tell you how many calories to eat daily. There are forums and you can add friends and share statuses if you need motivation.

I used it and lost nearly a stone quite easily but then, as usual, went off track when work got a bit stressful. I need to get back on it.

my fitness pal is birlliant , ive lost 17lbs since 3rd of jan. there are also lots of fab work outs on you tube.

another vote for my fitness pal
it lets you put ingredients and work out the value of home cooked meals - covers nutritional balance as well as raw calories

The one I really like is Fitday. I track (when I make myself) all my body measurements, weight, foods that I eat, activity and so on. I've set weight goals before on it too. It seems to have quite a bit more of features that I haven't yet used.
