Equifax: Credit history; what else?

I have my equifax credit history. I suppose I should pay them to check their credit "score" on me also?

Is there anything else I should do with them before I cancel my one month trial?

The score is meaningless really - lenders look at your credit history but not an arbitrary score. If you're curious personally then it won't hurt to get the score, but it won't help with respect to applying for mortgages etc.
