I wonder would it help you print off and work through this?
I think that jem is right that a call to HMRC would assist. Perhaps you could also check with your husband about the private medical insurance if this is also a Benefit in Kind.
Incidentally, did your husband receive a P11D for the tax year 2011-12 as well as a P60?0 -
