Hi, I'm sorry if this has already been covered before in another thread but I just have one question. How long do credit reports take to update? I recently paid off a credit card and cancelled the card and the report still shows that I have the card and a balance from a month back or so.
Thanks in advance

Normally data is submitted once a month. If you need the information updating sooner contact the lender and ask them to update your CAIS.Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0

Many lenders wait for a zero balance statement to be produced before carrying out their monthly update, so the max wait should be 2 months.
However, if it's LTSB we're talking about it could take 3-4 months!0
