I was declared bankrupt on the 29th aug 2012 i filled in all the forms and co-operated with inslovency service, i had sent a income and expediture form in and heard nothing, as ive had no disposible income i haven't had to make any re-payments, nearly 6 months have passsed. I have now received a letter today wanting details of my income and expenditure again nothing has changed in the last 6 months and im worried sick as i don't know why they have sent this letter, im due a baby in 8 weeks and dont want anymore worry, if anyone has been in this situation or can help with advice would be great, thanks in advance.

hi sure its nothing to worry about its your halfway mark and often they send out a new form to check if anything has changed, just fill in and return if everything is the same nothing will happen. x0

Hi,
It's usually sent just before they grant early discharge.
Nothing to worry about.

If your self employed I believe they want a copy of your accounts after 6 months.. At least that's what it states in an initial letter I received from them0

This is usual procedure prior to discharge, so dont worry :-)
