Omg, the happy earth Eco store email!

:mad: I'm going to have a rant (Im not normally a ranter!) because I'm a bit miffed, I've just received a thank you for entering our comp email off these people but I have just complained to them because I can see the email addresses of about 300 other people who have also entered including my own email address, if I can see this then everyone can see my details

I'm not happy at all, did anyone else from MSE get? They have broken all sorts of email etiquette rules not to mention my privacy!

If you can see your details I urge you to complain to them, maybe we will all win the comp then!

I am so very very sorry. You are quite right to complain. I thought I had pasted the addresses into the BCC box and realised immediately after clicking send. I tried to recall the message, an instant later, but it failed! I

As a small family business, this is the first time we have embarked upon such an undertaking, and a very valuable lesson has been learned.

It's not the first or last you will receive. Sometimes human error does play apart, especially as they say they are a small company.

Which is why I have an email address not connected with anything specifically for comping x
