Hello Old Stylers,
I have a few bottles of Raki and Ouzo left over from my holidays, but unfortunately I don't really like it as it is. I would hate to tip it down the sink, so does anyone have any suggestions for cocktails / recipes that I may be able to use them up with?
Many thanks,
Lurleene.

Here's a webpage with lots of ideas for Ouzo cocktails:

I haven't found anything for Raki yet, but was told while in Crete that if you have a chesty cough then you should rub it on your chest, and if you have a cold then you should add it to hot water and inhale the steam with a towel over your head! We were given some homemade stuff, so from experience I would say make sure it is in a glass bottle or else it will evapourate!0 -
