If you're having to take out loans now for your wedding in the sun, then you can't afford to get married abroad.

Being good with money means that you don't need to borrow for something, it means living within your means.

I too think your application will be rejected, if it is, take it as a sign that you need to rethink your plans.

I used to be exactly like this when I lived with my parents, everything was great, take a loan or credit card to get what I wanted now instead of saving later. I saved and payed the debt off instead.

Then a dose of real world hit, I had stretched myself too far and was managing perfectly well right up until something went wrong and the downward spiral hit. Take a look at my signature, that took 3 years to end up like that, it went from a good thing to that and I make around twice as much as you do a month!

Whenever anyone suggested my debt was going too far and it was getting too tight I used to just say "I'm managing aren't I, I'm good with money" now, all too late, I realise they were right and I was actually being rather silly with money.

Anyone else's experiences aren't relevant - they have no bearing on your own loan.
If you have queries about whether yours has actually been accepted, a crazy idea would be to ring them and ask
  • What a bunch of sneering sarcastic !!!!s, haha.

    Unbelievable.

    Who is exactly sneering ?

Its an open forum so theres going to be replies you dont like.
  • And what a deluded fool you are. See you back on the Debt Free Wannabe boards in a few years. Enjoy it while it lasts as your going to hit a brickwall unless you change your thinking.

Yet another OP who will happily and needlessly spend £1000s and £1000s in interest over their working life, whilst being a slave to the monthly loan repayments LOL

Dont let door hit you on the way out, and dont say we didnt try to warn you!!

How is anything on here sneering or sarcastic? Are you aware of the meaning of 'sarcastic'?

    You obviously have serious issues.
