Loughborough Building Society

Just wondering if anyone has anything good or bad to say about the Loughborough Building Society?
We've just put our house on the market so I'm looking around for our next mortgage. We are looking for £240,000 and we have a £30,000 deposit. Joint household income of £62k, no bad credit, late payments, loans. All credit cards cleared at the end of the month. We do have quite high childcare costs though, £800 a month currently
Looking for a 5 year fixed and they seem to have the best deal at 4.29%.
Our only slight complication is that I'm looking to change jobs in a few weeks which I guess could de-rail it all?
Thanks for any info

Had no problems setting it up and the odd time Ive had to phone them they have always been helpful0 -
£240k on £270k doesn't show Loughborough on Mortgage Brain.
There's something lower, at 4.2% with only £157 fees, but nothing for Loughborough BS. Their website has only 4.99% visible for a 5 year fix.
