Where can I get a "Photo Board Book"?

My daughter is wanting to create photo books for her 2 boys, a book each, of them with their daddy who passed away last summer. The oldest will be fine with a normal photo book but the little one is only 2yrs old so she want a board book. She is extremely creative and could handmake I'm sure but for this project she wants a bought one. They are available to order from America but very expensive postage.
Does anyone know of a UK company that makes these.

I've never used this company but have had a wander and these look quite nice, not sure if they're what you're after but they are UK based and the price is less than I expected.

Thanks bladerunner I think she is looking for something more like the typical book.
Don't get tons of time to post these days but I do lurke from time to time.
