Can anyone give me some advice my husband collects a small pension from when he worked for British rail and it goes into savings account which was a joint account until I declared bankruptcy. The question is I included the savings account on the SOA and I spoke to my case worker at the OR,s office who advised me that they don't take any interest in a spouses pension is this correct as my husband is worried that they will take his pension even though he is not bankrupt. Any thoughts on this?

The only monetary assets the OR is interested in, are the BR's.
Perhaps your OH should withdraw the pension amounts and place into his own account?
Then close the joint account to sever financial links? No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0
