We bought this ages ago and still have a third of a tub. There are only 2 adults so no muddy kids to worry about. Our local Morrisons said they sell loads, have no complaints. I tried to find out where it is made, not sure but the information sign has 2 registered addresses, one in Switzerland, one Austria. That is a good sign. Have used Persil (just like my mum!) for 40+ years but Prudax is just as good for a lot less money.

My local Morrisons have never sold Prudax. Then about 2 months ago bottles of the liquid (90 washes) appear on the end of the aisle with a sign saying it was end of line and reduced from £5.99 to £2.99.

I bought a bottle and tried it, it was good but when I went back to Morrisons they only had one bottle left, so I grabbed it.

Two bottles should last me a long time considering I live alone and only use about 25% of the recommended amount per wash.

It says "A Swiss Invention" on my bottle and it's made by these people

I had a quick look around the site, click the language links at the top right, but only found Prudax in the Itaiano section.

Bought the liquid 3-4 mths ago in Morrisons. Soon as I was half way down the bottle I returned to buy another....none to be found. They do however still have the powder...weird!! I've steered away from powders and the clogged-up-dispenser-drawer, so I'm not really keen on going back to powder. The liquid gave excellent results, just need to be able to buy another.

The Costco washing powder is very effective & works out cheaper at 400 washes for £15.99.
Non Costco members can buy it online although they have to pay an extra 5% it still works out at around 4pence per wash.

This stuff is great. I've had the same tub for 18 months (and counting)! There's only two of us though so I don't have a wash on every day :rotfl:.

Have used both prudax and Costco washing powder.
I have bad eczema and neither of these has set it off.
Darn good value either of them tho Costco is great value its darn expensive. Or at least a lot to find in one go.
One of my kids also has eczema and so far she has been OK with both.
    Hth the sensitive ones:D
    63 mortgage payments to go.

    Zero wins 2016 😥
  • my local doesn't stock it (grrrr) so I have to make do with their cheapo brand/soda crystals.
I did get a huge bottle of liquid/colour wash for £2 (no longer available)
To top it off they stopped selling stardrops too (as did Iceland)
    xx

Morrisons are advertising Prudax Liquid Power 90 wash for £2.50 on their web site.
  • I've just bought some Prudax 90-wash liquid from my local Morrisons for £2.50.

There were still a few others left, and it wasn't even on special offer!.

Hopefully it won't be one of these good deals they get rid of, simply because people aren't familiar with the brand.
