Hi i am completely new to here and was wondering if someone could give me some advice,i have a morgage with the now nram,i am just under 2months in arrears after having financial difficulty due to my partner being self employed,i was told by nram that as long as i continued to pay my morgage and not let it get to 3months i would be fine and to try and pay a little extra if i could every month,i have been doing this now without any problem for approx 12months,today i have recieved a letter from them saying that they want to send a field agent to my home to discuss the arrears and unless i agree to this they will charge £48 to my account which is the amount of the field agent/admin fee then start legal action against me,i really dont know what to do can anyone advise me on what i should do please.

Suggest you post a Statement of Affairs on Debt Free wannabe forum for help in budgeting, in order to have a plan to pay off the existing arrears. Showing this evidence to the field agent would be much better than having no plan in place.0
