I made that mayonnaise cake a few years ago. It tasted fine. I used to have loads of old recipes but I "decluttered". Courgette cake is lovely as well, I will try to find the recipe.0

Has anyone ever made "Mashed Potato Chocolate Cake"? Wouldn't spring to mind immediately when using leftovers would it?. There are a few recipes on google, but couldn't find one in metric/imperial. Not sure what the equivalent of a "cup" of mashed potato would equate to.0
