Letter to mortgage company

Hey all,

Been overpaying for years and managed to take get down to 12 years remaining from 19. Enter children and everything else expensive...

Phoned mortgage company to see about lengthening the term up again, and they suggest I put it in writing. Would anyone have a template for such things?

    Keep it simple.

Just write and ask for the term to be extended to X years.

This will trigger a formal request from your lender to provide information on your current circumstances. So salary, children etc will be picked at this point.
