Thinking of approaching them for a mortgage, any reviews ?
I've read they are part of YBS, so presuming they have the same processing centre, the reviews for YBS (which are not good) apply to them aswell ?
Any idea about turn around times ?
Is it best to go through a broker or approach them direct ?

Having worked for them, they do have the same processing centre. All done in Bradford.
The personal touch disappeared when YBS took over, so don't expect perfect customer service. Also, if you miss a payment, expect a hard collection call.Debt free as of 7.20am on 31st December 2012.

I'd avoid any lender with a standard rate of 5.79%. Although you may be able to remortgage away at the end of the initial product term, you have to consider the cost if you can't for some reason.I am a mortgage broker.
