Endowment selling through Integrity

Has anybody else had problems selling through Integrity?
I agreed a sale 8 months ago and still waiting. You cannot get through on the phone but only to a message service so I am dependant on e mail which they do answer. I am assured that the prospective buyer is doing what they can to finalise the purchase of the portfolio in which my endowment lies but I have been hearing this for the last 3 months. They seem to have me over a barrel as they have my endowmet paperwork. My problem is that the surrender value on my Prudential policy has gone up nearly £2000 since I agreed to sell. Their offer was by far the best but any difference is being eroded as time goes on. Their website is good and explains their principles and reason for their name but is over 8 months an unreasonably long time for this to go through? Has anybody else had dealings with them? Very frustrating!!!
