unfair dismissal due to whistleblowing

going to try and speak to acas tonight, not sure what my next steps should be...
Getting some proper legal advice!
ACAS is no substitute for that. At higher levels they can be good but their initial call centre is just that. Minimally trained people reading from a script. This is far too complex for them!
You could try posting on redundancyforum.co.uk. A highly experienced barrister (user name SarEl) responds to most posts there. She formally posted here until some idiots drove her away. She is very good but calls a spade a spade!
By all means say I sent you!
LazyDaisy (a solicitor) is also excellent and posts here although she has been very busy with other threads lately. I see she has posted once on this thread but maybe has more to offer.
Either will give you excellent help but it is no substitute for formal one-to-one legal advice.0 -

Not seeing the whistleblowing bit to be honest.
if you discount the recent offering my job back bit, the chain of events was: me questioning the compliance officer over the employment of this individual, the compliance officer saying they are uncomfortable about it and to not mention him in writing in any emails. me being dismissed.0 -
Does the email 6 state any reasons for:
The dismissal/non-renewal,
the withdrawal of the dismissal,
or the 40% pay cut?0
