Mortgage Advice

Hi All
I am a newbie seeking some advice, basically my partner and i are looking to get a mortgage as first time buyers. I filed for bankruptcy in 2008 and was discharged in 2009, have a coop cashminder for wages to be paid into and to pay all bills with. Also have been accepted for vanquis credit card to help rebuild my credit rating. My partner has a clean credit rating and we have a deposit of £20k .my question is realistically what are our chances of getting a mortgage.

Sounds as though your partner would best applying on their own, including you with a bankruptcy in the last few years will hamstring things.0
