Price Increases on Mobile Networks

Hi guys, I just wanted to share a few of my success stories with you.

I have numerous contracts with 3 of the major networks; Orange, Vodafone and O2.

As I'm sure you're aware all of them have either put their price up already or announced they are doing it over the next few months.

I have already argued my cases with Orange and Vodafone and currently have one ongoing with O2; here's whats happened so far...

Orange
I have two contracts with Orange. One is an iPhone and one is a Blackberry. When they announced they were increasing their prices I immediately got in contact. After numerous emails back and forth about how I was a new customer and didn't sign in for this price (I was within the first two months when they announced it), they finally agreed. They also lowered my bills at the same time. I signed in for two £41/month tarrifs; after the emails I paid £20.50/month for the blackberry and I currently pay £25.00/month for the iPhone.

Vodafone
Vodafone admitted to me that some people never received notification that their prices were going up (I was one of these people). At the point of increase I had 18 months left on my contract.
After approx. 10 emails I received an email from a customer service manager stating that they were going to credit me the difference of the price increase, putting me back to the position I signed into the contract.

I'll let you know what happens with O2. Please let me know if you have had any luck with your own contracts. :)
