So they are not even abiding by their own T&C's which are on the website and stated in the OP

The winner will be randomly drawn electronically from among all valid entries from across the European Union received by the Promoter

Last time I looked, the US wasn't in Europe :rolleyes:

Oh man! What a load of rubbish! Looks like they are changing their rules to suit. A holiday to Madrid for european entrants would be a lot cheaper than paying for a US entrant to go, would make less sense to me to do it that way. I don't get why it says it's 'no longer available'... that normally means that it was available but they stopped it, not that EU entrants can't apply.
