well I finally came home after selling £40 of stuff today. I thought well it adds a few pounds to the pot BUT I just worked out it cost me £30.65 in diesel to get there and back and £10 paid for the table, so it cost me 65p to go
and I spent £10 as well! That's the first time I have actually counted the full costs so is useful to know!!!! think I might stick with booties closer to home next time
suddenly eBay fees don't seem so bad - made a few sales on there today toowill do some counting and see what I have made from those once I post them tomorrow!
Oh and i just claimed £25 from swaggers - earned since 1st Febalmost on track for making my £50 target on there this month!

I'm adding £16.05 today. The most I've added in a long time. The couple of items I had listed on eBay did okay and my £2 from TCB got confirmed. The total is starting to look a bit more healthy.Make £10 a day in May- £90/£1500

Well done to those who did a car boot today. £30 in diesel sounds like you did a fair treck there fairy - car boots don't really start going properly near me until April. Am saving a stack of non ebayible stuff for then. Had about 10 eBay sales and will work out the exact total tomorrow after the pack and postathon! Think my measly total will get about £80 ish tongive it a boost. Have also been in work today doing an overtime shift but won't get that until next month. Aim to get another 3 eBay listings done tomorrow. Just thinking "what can I get on to makemmy fiver for the day" is motivating me to make more of an effort as opposed tommy usual "it's too late now / I'm tired will do it all on x day"!!!0

Morning
£201.10 added for me from carbooting and ebay yesterday.
Wow Fairy, Thats a lot of outgoings to just stand at a carbootSorry to hear you ended up making a loss.
I'm lucky when it comes to Carboots, i live within 10 mins drive of 3 different located big ones, and 2 of those are open all year, so spoilt for choice and not far to travel.
Don't let it put you off, it's all valuable experiance, just stay closer to home next time....Oh and wear Blinkers so you can't see the other stall holders offerings :rotfl:Build your own dreams ~ or someone will hire you to help build theirs
