EXPIRED Benefit They're Real Mascara offer (15 hours left!)

I have used this site before (Buy-a-powa) and can vouch for them being authentic, what they do is offer an item and the more people that sign up, the lower the price drops. You pay initially what the price states on the screen but each offer is timed and if enough people sign up by the time the offer is over, the price drops to the final level. I managed to pick up quite a few really great prices through this site.
They have an offer on right now for Benefit's They're Real mascara. Lowest price will be £13.50 (plus £1.95 p&p), 3 people have signed up, needs 40 for the price to drop and 15 hours to go...

I do not get any sort of referral credit for anyone signing up by the way, it'd just be great for everyone who would like this if the price were to drop

Hi Jennie, I was interested in this offer and clicked the join co buy link. When it gets to the payment page (I chose paypal) it looks like it wants me to pay for it immediately? Also the amount they're looking for is £17.45? which includes £15.50 for the item and £1.95 p+p. Why so much? You said it would be £13.50? And why do they want me to pay immediately? Don't they wait until the amount of buyers is clear?"...and in the end, the love you take, is equal to the love you make".0

It looks like £13.50 will be the lowest price to pay - if enough people want to buy it.
The website at the moment says that if only 2 more people sign up to buy, the price will drop to £14.50, but I don't know how many more need to buy before it drops to £13.50.0 -
I thought it was a totally rubbish mascara. Overpriced.0

I really like this mascara but find the full price a bit hard to swallow, I got a couple of tubes in the sales so I'm set for now but definitely worth trying out at the reduced price. I've used Buyapowa a few times in the past and always been happy with them (got my Clarisonic through them)0

i wouldn't waste your money - its an awful mascara - and I love benefit products!
you'd be as well spending £5 on the new maybelline one out of superdrug

I for one have never found a mascara this good-it does exactly what it claims to do and stays on until you take it off. It's quite tricky to get off if you don't have eye make up remover, but I've never had it smudge and it stays in place all day. £13.50 is a bargain!Best 2018 wins: £1500, £500 John Lewis voucherBest 2019 wins: 18 of the latest DVDsBest 2020 wins: £100 cash 2021 wins: 130 books 2021 wins: Jubilee silver necklace 2023: 8xfootball shirts, Spar vouchers, £200 Tesco voucher,0

Personally I love this mascara, people always ask if I'm wearing falsies (I never do, I just have really long eyelashes) I find it really thickens and lengthens without clumps. I've tried just about every brand from cheap Boots brands to £30+ mascaras and this is my current favourite.
I stocked up in the sale but at £13.50 it's an excellent buy imo

Just to explain: it does mention in the blurb of the site, you pay straight away but the money isn't actually taken until the deal ends. If the deal gets enough people, the price drops. I did say p&p was included (if you read the opening post I wrote) I said £13.50 plus p&p (£1.95).
Deal has ended now and price dropped to £13.50
This will be credited from my paypal account tomorrow, that's how it works. 0 -

It's all explained on the website page and also in what I have said in my post. Sorry if you missed out, deal ended and the price dropped to £13.50. (This is great news for me as it's going to be a birthday present for someone I know will love this!) I was initally "charged" £16.50 but no money would be take until the deal ended. The deal ended, enough people signed up and £13.50 will be taken instead of £16.50. When you get the paypal reciept, the money hasn't gone, its pending.0
