Lost money in holding account plz help!!!!

Had £50 per month out of Halifax, going to credit card, also £50 out of tsb going to same credit card, credit card only ever received money from tsb
So from 2001 £50 per month has gone to HSBC, got acc number, sort code ref num, yet HSBC got no record of it.
Halifax can't recall the money as it standing order
Been in touch with omnibus who took 9 months to tell me, Halifax not at fault!!!!
Jesus got few grand there, and can't get hold of it.
Am not too happy, apart from getting police involved for theft, am at wits end.
Anyone got any ideas
