Excuse me if this is warbly but this is my first time. I have just ordered some items from M&S Online. They were advertising £10 off for new customers who spend £50. Offer valid until yesterday (12th April). I placed my order and was told that the discount would not show until I received my e-mail confirmation. When I received this it still had not deducted the £10. I have had to contact M&S and am now worried they will deduct full amount from card. This is my first time on line shopping on line so can you tell me if this is a regular thing when you use codes. The amount of time I have spent chasing this has used my £10 credit...! Advice appreciated folks!

Hello there and welcome to the boards!

I also used this offer this week. The final deduction didn't show up until final delivery note so I wouldn't worry at this stage and just check your account to make doubly sure! Even if there was a problem, sure M & S wouldn't hesitate to correct it.
