No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries in Feb

I must admit I still can't believe my luck with the hot air brush. I think some of the other people who were offered one were offered better stuff as well, or didn't want one, for there to be three left after four days.
Amazon Vine offer you a selection of stuff based on what you have bought /reviewed previously.
I get a lot of hair styling stuff offered, along with kitchen equipment, which suits me fine.
The other thing is maths books as I'm a maths tutor and have reviewed loads for them. I have had free toiletries a few times and I've reviewed quite a few purchases too. I'm still using a very good eye cream I got free last year.
Vine operates by invitation only - if Amazon like your reviews they invite you to become a Vine member. I had no idea that the scheme existed.
I originally wrote reviews as I was sick of reading badly written, unhelpful ones that told me nothing about the product I wanted to buy.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... One UU- Anatomicals shower gel- i think it had gone off- it smelled of sulfur.
I decided to pour it down the toilet and now I have a toilet volcano! It is positively spewing bubbles! Not the smartest thing I have ever done....
Hi there. I am an on/off lurker here for months. I just wonder - if you guys might consider using some of those "off" products as household cleaners? Should work OK right? Like shower gel can be used for scrubbing bath tubs and wash basins or even bathroom floor... I know the ultimate aim is to reduce stash size but pouring things away seems a bit wasteful?0 -
just been accepted for the latest beauty bible stuff so thanks to whoever it was who posted that.Wish amazon vine would choose me too!0

Keep reviewing, Rosemary! You never know.
UU - Avon Care Nourishing Lotion 400ml for dry skin, with almond and shea butters.
WIBA? Yipper, skipper! This is really lovely - I haven't got particularly dry skin at all but I wanted a rich lotion for winter and that's exactly what I got.
It rubbed in well, moisturised well - it's so thick, that that was the only drawback. Right from the get-go it didn't want to come out of the bottle.
As mentioned previously I took the breadknife to it when it had spluttered its last - really THICK plastic - and lo and behold three full body applications were left on the bottle sides.
A super product.
Going to use up the Aveeno that the lovely kind threadmate sent next. This looks a match for the Avon but is much more expensive I think - such a generous gift.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again...
