    I'm also a little concerned as to why the accountants haven't called us in

    Why not just telephone the accountant to arrange a meeting?

    They may have overlap profits that have been relieved in final year of trading. Phone accountants and ask if this is the case, don't sit there concerned ask them to explain so you understand its why you pay them!
