Ever wondered what happened to Jonny Davis?

He's gone a bit quiet recently following his prediction in Dec 2011, that, to quote an article published on his own website:
"However Jonathan Davis, an economist and wealth manager, says house prices are not in fact determined by the balance of supply and demand, but by how much money lenders are willing to lend."

Never mind, I am sure he's predicting another 10% drop this year
