    The phone call takes less than a minute, they do try & sell you a DD for the next 3 issues for £1 but its no problem if you don't want it :)

    I'm assuming it's advertised in the Radio Times as I just phoned and the woman asked if I had seen the advert in the Radio Times, so I just said yes, lol.
    I have the mind of a criminal genius. I keep it in the freezer next to Mother....

    Just phoned and a very nice Austrialian man answered. It's the BBC helpline, told him my Father had seen the advert in the Radio Times & asked me to call on his behalf. Gave him the details of where to send it to and as I wasn't calling on my own behalf he didnt even try to sell me any more issues. ;)

    Make sure that you haven't got to cancel you DD after the 3 issues.
