I was advised by a broker who arranged a BTL for me to contact Nationwide for a loan as they are a sister company to the BTL mortgage I have. It was declined and all they said was Experian say I don't meet their criteria.0

Hi can anyone tell me what doesn't meet their criteria means?
I have a good credit history no missed payments on anything I have had or have.:(I was advised by a broker who arranged a BTL for me to contact Nationwide for a loan as they are a sister company to the BTL mortgage I have. It was declined and all they said was Experian say I don't meet their criteria.
What are you asking ?
Are you asking what does it mean when you dont meet the criteria ?
I get a copy of your report from experian.0 -
It's not that you don't meet Experian criteria....you have been declined by Nationwide. Nationwide has probably checked your credit report with Experian and also with the information you provided them like income, outgoings, mortgage, employment...etc they have declined your application based on the information you provided them. Have you checked your Experian report recently? You need to check that all information are correct.0
