What power do restrictions have on my register of title (title deeds to my home)?

I have a number of restrictions on my title deeds following my ex husband getting into significant debt. (Far more than the equity available in the home) These restrictions are against his interest and not mine.
He has since gone bankrupt and although they said I can buy his interest from them as I understand it this does not lift the restrictions.
If I buy the interest what does this mean for the restrictions and will I finally be able to take his name of the title deeds / and mortgage?
Are there any lenders which would allow me to take over the mortgage with restrictions in place albeit not against me?
