Hi everyone,
We are discharged in 10 days (and counting) but we have not heard one thing re: iPa or anything and now I'm getting anxious again. As much as I've always been prepared to deal with what is thrown at us but I like to be prepared as to what to expect and no contact I feel is worse as you are led into a false sense of security.
Before discharge at what point would hey need to send paperwork out for iPa? We've had no new soa at any point would this need to be sent first or do they assess your bank accounts then just write to you?
If for any reason they have not had time to deal with us can they delay discharge to assess?
Thanks again x

It is more or less too late now. They cannot suspend your discharge to get an IPA as long as you cooperate with the OR.
If you refused any late IPA then they would have to apply to the court for an IPO before you were discharged.
With 10 days to go it's either impossible or absurdly unlikely.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Thank you that's what I was hoping but you never know.
We have cooperated fully with or but not heard anything for the last 7 months although I informed them of a change of circumstance but is that where my duty ends? As long as I informed them?
Roll on the next 10 days.
Could they still send iPa paperwork out next week? Thanks0
