First time I ever purchased a women's magazine lol. But I got some nice formal shoes with the £20 gift card and 25% off discount code, I paid £50, they're £95 normally plus delivery was free, can't complain

I got it when I got the magazine in there yesterday. But if you bought something this week it should give you one.

Yes Lisa, I have had exactly the same problem. I had to keep trying and got the same response. It says you will receive a confirmation email in the small print. Which I haven't received, did anyone else? They gave a phone number on the registration page for any problems, so I may have to resort to that if I don't receive an email.

I've got my code ready to use, all registered and whatnot. Shoes all chosen and i'm ready to go.

Neither the VOGUE25 code or my voucher code are being recognised. Am I doing something wrong?

Am entering the long number on my voucher.

Also, the shoes are in the sale, does the 25% off code not work?

You can only use the Elle card on FULL price items

ah but people have been saying it does work on the sale stuff. Myabe they've cottoned on and changed their minds...

I resorted to phoning and was told that my card is registered (at the time I was trying) so I must have done it! The girl also told me that they are not sending email confirmations! Anyway, I have my card, it has £20 on it so I think I'm sorted. Very odd though
