Doesnt actually say , but there is a little' screwdriver 'symbol underneath some of the things, so maybe some minimal home assembly?

I must have been too late for this offer
I've just tried the link and it says 'The store is currently experiencing problems. Try again later'.
When I go to the home page by logging onto https://www.wilkoplus.co.uk then Home Living - Furniture - Chairs, there is a picture of it at the top of the page but you can't order it!!!!

Thanks to the OP though, I'll just have to be a bit quicker next time
