Chasing up wins - When is 28 days?

Hi. I know this sounds silly but is it 28 actual days or 28 working days. Also do you know if between Christmas and New Year count as working days?

It's normally 28 working days, so Monday to Friday except when they are Bank Holidays.Luck is believing you’re lucky – Tennessee Williams

Anything that I won before Christmas I chased this week as even though it probably hasn't been 28 working days I assume that they would have sent them already if they were going to without a reminder.2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89
