Need to use up 3 grapefruits-any sweet ideas?

I've got 3 grapefruits from my box scheme and am not keen on eating them just as they are...too sour for my sweet tooth I'm afraid. Don't want to waste them and so I was wondering if anyone can suggest any sweet recipes for grapefruit???
I have thought if all else fails I could squeeze them and mix with some nice orange juice/mango juice etc but there the inspiration ends...:o
Thanks in advance
Tess

I used to cover them in brown sugar and grill it to a crisp, and eat for breakfast. I thought it was a recipe from the 70's, maybe? It certainly made them bearable for me.0

Along similar lines, what about candied grapefruit? You could even dip the wedges in dark chocolate after they've cooled for a nice after dinner treat.
One recipe is below but a google search will bring up others:

Also souffle, sorbet...

Yum! Thanks guys. All sound great and worth a try...anything to make them more edible! I can't bear to waste them.
Cheers.

I also would suggest cutting them in half and sprinkling with a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon. Alternatively could you juice them perhaps?
