Rpoints - is anyone else claiming?

I had an email about claiming what Rpoints owe me, after they went bust. I've got the form to fill in and send back but I haven't got a clue how to do it!
It asks me to write in the amount I'm owed - how am I supposed to find this out? If I go to Rpoints.com there is a site there, but it's clearly not the same site as before - I'm able to log in but I don't have an outstanding balance. (I'm guessing it's now owned by totally different people, otherwise I would have been paid and wouldn't have to faff around claiming? But if this is the case why do my log-in details still work?!)
And secondly it asks me to send proof of what I'm owed. I don't know how I'm meant to do that either, it's not like I can even print off the website showing my account balance.
Has anyone else done this and if so what did you do? Is it worth me just filling in that I don't know and hope for the best?!

Reply to the email you got asking to find out how much you are owed. I emailed and I'm owed £40 something pounds, I printed the form off signed it and put the amount in they told me. Then scan it and email it back.
Obviously don't think we will get anything near that, but every little helps!!0
