I had a mortgage back in 2003 went through a broker company that came round knocking on doors called regency helped me buy my council house got me a mortgage with a company called gmac. I have heard that I might have been over charged by regency mortgage broker. And also I might be able to claim something back from g-mac as they also over charged us... I no longer have the house... I found out by adverts on facebook. Could any one tell me if this true and if so how do I go about claiming?

So what is this on facebook that you have 'found out' An advert by scammers, probably.
What in particular makes you think you have been overcharged or is it just an ad that says you 'might' have been.
To be honest, a lot of these companies take an upfront fee, (for trying) and they will try, they will fail, but they will have fullfilled their contract with you and then they have yours and thousands of others upfront fees and they will be laughing all the way to the bank.
They have no idea how much you have paid anyway, let alone that yu may have been overcharged. They are scammers and prey on vulnerable people, dont touch them with a bargepole.
In a few months time, it will be a case of you coming back on here with a title post of 'How can I get my money back'make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
