Timbear - Not a bad suggestion but be aware it doesn't stop all cats - We tried citronella and lemon oils and it didn't deter my little !!!!!! once bit! You do only need a tiny bit of olbas to keep them away though!Everyone has a dark side... apparently mine is called Harold?!? :huh:0

Out of interest is it an ikea sofa?
I only ask as if it is you can buy a set of the loose covers designed to fit the chairs in some instances as they are cheaper but the arms are the same size (can't you tell I;ve suffered the same issues as the OP!)Everyone has a dark side... apparently mine is called Harold?!? :huh:0
