anyone here got a mortgage with them, we got a quote over the phone a 95% remortgage for 104500 intrest only 715 a month, seems very high to me, choosing this one it would give us about 6 thousand for ourselves, after their fees which are again quite high 3,500 i think!!! ive also been quoted by TML a 90% remortgage for 99,000 at 6.3% interest only 540 a month with lower fees too!, only prob with this is we would end up wiv only 2000 for our selves.
what do you think, pay out more a month but have no worry of silly little debts all paid off or pay these little debts off(money to family and mobile fone bill via credit collections dept) month by month as i am now and pay 200 a month less for our mortgage???
i would like to go with TML but the option of having 2 grand left over doesnt seem as inviting as having 6 grand
please help me. try to open my eyes!!!

I would suggest looking around further.
You should be able to get deals, without having to pay the hefty broker fees that you appear to have to pay - or are the fees related to the mortgage i.e. arrangement fee etc?I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. the fees for the central capital remortgage are arrangement fees and broker fees, 3,500 is high i think the mortgage with TML the fees are a lot less and are arrangement fees 995 arrangment fee, legal costs etc0

also the reason we are thinkg of going wiv central capital is cuz we have to gdeal with sub prime lenders due to 1 missed mortgage payment in last 12 months and 3 secured loan payments0

Sub prime will defintely be the route for you
BUt as said previously, you can definitely save yourself the broker fees by looking for whole of market advisers that do not charge fees (they get paid direct from the lender)
They may find the same deal for you, or even a better deal - keep shopping around

i looked at these back in january but never went ahead ,not on a mortgage though.
Our interest only is with gmac, £747.00per month on a £130,000.00. This is slightly high as when we took it out we had a tiny default on our file. Looking to another lender in september.
I would also shop around:A Tomorrow's just another day - keep smiling0 -
Hi,
We are going through with a mortgage now with Central Capital. They have recommended a mortgage for us with a company called IGroup. The deal seems ok but Central capital are charging us £2495 which i thought was alot.
Originally they wanted us to go with Chelsea bs but they turned us down. When we were going with them, Central Capital were only going to charge us £995,Having looked into the amount they get paid from both lenders its about the same commision for them so i don't understand the difference in the charges. They haven't explained it either.0 -
