takethetrain booking - what's an alias?

Options
Please can any of the so-called "train nerds" who really rate takethetrain.com tell me what an "Alias" is? It's the first bit of info I need to enter for the credit card details. I have googled this but am none the wiser. The fares on this site are half what they are elsewhere - but I can't pay! :(
Thanks!

It's either something you make up (like Helen65) or the name on the card (Helen Smith)

You will find those fares on any site if you know how to ask the question - it doesn't have any 'specials' of its own. If there's an advanced option for slower cheaper trains that's the normal way in.

If you post the actual journey then someone should be able to help
